X Revisited

In this episode of First I Seek Him (FISH), Linda shares her experience being restricted on X (formerly Twitter) for what the platform labeled “inauthentic behavior” and reflects on the broader issues of censorship, faith, freedom of expression, and the growing hostility toward Christian voices online.

Drawing from both personal experiences and historical perspective, Linda discusses:
• Social media censorship
• Christian voices online
• Freedom of expression
• Faith in an increasingly digital world
• Historical lessons from World War II and Nazi-occupied Europe
• The importance of standing firm in Christ

Linda also shares memories passed down from her father, who lived through Nazi-occupied Czechoslovakia as a child, offering a sobering reminder of how division and silencing often begin with “small things.”

This episode is ultimately a call to believers not to place their identity, hope, or worth in social media platforms, but instead to continue boldly sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ no matter the opposition. ✝️

“Social media is not your friend. It’s a tool to be used to promote Jesus Christ.”
