In this episode, I share a dinner conversation I had with our neighbors about faith, religion, and what it truly means to believe. My neighbor, who attends weekly Bible studies, expressed beliefs that surprised me—that all religions are good and that being a good person is enough for salvation.
I discuss the importance of understanding Scripture, particularly John 3:3 about being “born again” and John 14:6 where Jesus says “I am the way, the truth, and the life.” This conversation highlights a common disconnect: believing God’s word is true while not necessarily believing what Scripture actually says.
Sometimes witnessing isn’t about immediate conversion—it’s about planting seeds. I share my hope that, like Nicodemus in his conversation with Jesus, my neighbor will reflect on these truths and find his way to genuine faith.
